IGJ was delighted to welcome the students and faculty of Priyadarshini Arts and Science College for an educational visit to the institute. The Visit provided students with an opportunity to explore the fascinating world of the gem and jewellery industry and understand the various career possibilities in this creative field.
During the visit, students were introduced to key areas including Gemmology, Jewellery Design, Jewellery Manufacturing, CAD Jewellery Design, and Diamond Grading. They also interacted with our faculty and gained insights into the skills, techniques, and technologies involved in the modern jewellery sector.
The visit offered valuable industry exposure, helping students understand how creativity, craftsmanship, and innovation play an important role in the gem and jewellery industry. It also highlighted the importance of skill-based education in building successful careers in this growing sector.
